TeamSpirit® Voice&Video Engine Embedded

TeamSpirit® Embedded is a voice and video engine SDK for next generation VoIP equipment, such as media phones, video IP-phones, video conferencing terminals, IP set-top boxes, residential gateways, multimedia terminal adapters, etc.

The comprehensive TeamSpirit® Engine includes:

  • Library of highly optimized, low-MIPS consuming speech codecs (such as G.711, G.723, G.729, etc.) and SPIRIT enhanced H.264 video codec, video packet loss robustness and other video quality improvement algorithms
  • Cutting-edge speech enhancement module with acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), noise suppression and other must-have features
  • Special module for network impairments compensation, such as congestions, latency, varying delay (jitter), packet loss, etc.

The Engine mitigates all critical quality issues to secure positive user-experience with IP voice and video.

The Engine successfully runs on regular ARM processors, providing voice and video conferencing option on resource-constrained platforms in multitasking environment. However to satisfy the most demanding users with HD voice and video, the SPIRIT’s Engine is carefully optimized for TI DaVinci (DM64xx) and OMAP.

High-level API makes the integration of the complex voice and video processing solution quick and easy.
