H.265
H.265 video codec is intended for encoding and decoding of video sequence and is compliant with ITU-T H.265 standard.
Codec supports:
- Intra and non-intra slices
- Deblocking loop filter
- Sample Adaptive Offset loop filter
- Subpixel motion compensation
- Dynamic allocation of key frame insertion
H.265 video codec supports standard picture sizes: SQCIF(128×96), QCIF(176×144), CIF (352×288), 4CIF(704×576) and custom picture size.
H.265 video codec supports video stream packetization and depacketization in compliance with RTP Payload Format for High Efficiency Video Coding (draft-schierl-payload-rtp-h265-03.txt). Parameters set is transmitted in-band.
